TDI



CAS No: 26471-62-5



TDI (Toluene diisocyanate) is an isocyanate used primarily in the manufacture of flexible foams. The clear to pale yellow liquid organic compound is toxic, has a sharp odor, and is highly reactive. It is used in the manufacture of polyurethane flexible foam (slab/molding) and non-foam urethanes. Its primary applications include foam cushions for furniture and automotive components.



T-80



T-80 is a mixture of 80% 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 20% 2,6-toluene diisocyanate. It is mainly used in the preparation of flexible polyurethane foam and non-foam urethanes.

Flame Retardant



TCPP



CAS No.: 13674-84-5



TCPP is a low-cost chlorine and phosphorous based flame retardant. It has the best hydrolysis stability among currently available halogenated organic phosphates. It does not dissolve in water, but dissolve in most organic solvent. It is used as a flame retardant in the production of acetate fiber, polyvinyl-chloride, PU foams, EVA, phenolics materials. It also improves the moisture resistance, low temperature resistance, and the softness of materials.
